My unique position in being effective with my clients, comes from my own experience in grappling with what it means to be a leader that can touch, move, and inspire others to be the best that they can be. Through my own journey, I have discovered techniques and ways of being that impact how my clients show up as leaders, allowing them to elicit discretionary effort, maximize human performance, and develop future leaders for their organizations.
